With your approval, we'll install a Wi-Fi enabled security camera on the exterior of the property to ensure guests are only accompanied by authorized individuals. To maintain a pristine environment, we take proactive steps to prevent parties and unauthorized events.
Noise detectors alert our team if sound exceeds a set threshold, and if necessary, we will intervene. While rare, any maintenance or damage will be promptly addressed by us, and offending parties will be asked to leave the property.
Guests who work and travel may stay anywhere from five days to several months, depending on seasonality and their profession. Many are remote workers or contractors needing accommodations for 2-3 months.
We market our locations on numerous travel booking sites- including Furnished Finder, Booking, Airbnb, Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing, and more. These online travel agencies act as intermediaries connecting us with guests.
Our units cater to corporate travelers, healthcare professionals, leisure tourists, and business travelers- all carefully screened through our verification process.
We run a revenue-generating business, and your rent is part of our operational costs. WillowTree Capital signs the lease agreement and personally guarantees the rent. Strong landlord relationships are essential to our success, and we aim to be the last tenant you'll ever need.
